June 19th - Aug 22nd $225/night or 7 nights for $1430.

All other dates $200/night or 7 nights for $1250.

MINIMUM 3 Nights.

MINIMUM 5 Nights for July reservations. (These are negotiable, if we can fit you in).

The fine print. . .

Renter's Visa/master card required for reservations. Deposit is 20% and is non-refundable. "No-Shows" are realeased at 8AM the day after your check-in date and your deposit plus one night's stay will be forfeited. Trophy Club, LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservations for any reason. 

Pets must be approved by Trophy Club. Pets are allowed outside and in the porch area only. Any party with dogs that disturb the peace or cause damage may be subject to eviction. Any party evicted will forfeit the entire reservation price regardless of the number of nights spent.Any damage caused by renters or their guests will be charged to the persons who completed the rental application and accepted the confirmation.

Cancellations must  be sent via email and not less than 30 days before the first night's stay and may result in the loss of the deposit. By accepting the confirmation letter, the renter agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions found herein, any rules and notices delivered through email, as well as those found in the pamphlet at the Trophy Club. Non-acceptance of such must be delivered through email at trophyclub@comcast.net within 7 days of receipt. Renter must receive a confirmation of non-acceptance letter from same.
